Join Our Team!

We're looking for a passionate and reliable Chef/Cook to join our friendly farm café team.

About the Role

You'll prepare and cook delicious homemade breakfasts, lunches, and daily specials using fresh, locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. You'll help maintain high food quality, excellent hygiene standards, and a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook fresh café meals to a high standard.
  • Assist with menu planning and daily specials.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen.
  • Follow all food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
  • Manage stock, food ordering, and minimise waste.
  • Work efficiently as part of a small, friendly team.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a chef or cook.
  • Passion for fresh, homemade food.
  • Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 or above preferred).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
  • Weekend availability.
