Cafe Assistant- AirHop Guildford

We're looking for enthusiastic team members who love providing fantastic customer service. Whilst this role is primarily based in our cafe and kitchen, every team member is also trained to work as a Court Monitor and Climb Instructor. This allows us to support the wider operation when needed and ensures every guest has a safe and enjoyable experience. What You'll Be Doing

Your main responsibilities will be in our cafe, including:

• Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks, food and snacks.
• Delivering excellent customer service with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Operating the till and processing orders accurately.
• Keeping the cafe, kitchen and customer areas clean, organised and fully stocked.
• Preparing food safely and maintaining excellent hygiene standards.
• Working efficiently during busy periods while supporting your teammates.

You'll also receive full training to become a:

• Court Monitor
• Climb Instructor
• Kitchen Assistant

This means you'll also help supervise activities, ensure guests follow safety procedures and create an exciting experience throughout the park.

Upselling Is A Big Part Of This Role

Great customer service doesn't stop at taking orders. We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to guests and confidently recommending additional items that improve their visit.

Examples include:

• "Would you like to make that a meal deal today?"
• "Can I add a bottle of water or a slush to your order?"
• "The kids' combo is our best value option."
• "Would you like to upgrade to a large drink?"

Availability
