Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Weekend Barista & Allrounder, where your enthusiasm and dedication will energize our busy café environment! This role is perfect for someone who loves engaging with customers, crafting delicious beverages, and supporting daily operations with a positive attitude. As a key member of our weekend crew, you'll help create a welcoming atmosphere, ensure food safety standards are met, and keep the café running smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and other drinks with precision and care
  • Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver excellent service to foster loyalty
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food prep stations and seating areas
  • Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
  • Support team members during busy periods by assisting with serving and general duties

Experience

  • Previous barista experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Knowledge of food safety practices to uphold hygiene standards in a food service setting
  • Experience in serving customers in fast-paced environments demonstrating strong communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
