Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team from June to September. Based in The Runaway, this role is vital in supporting daily operations and ensuring excellent customer experiences aligned with our company's values.
Responsibilities
Facilitate effective communication between management and team members. Follow health and safety regulations diligently. Foster teamwork and maintain high service standards.
Assist in managing inventory and supplies.
Support the management team in daily operational tasks.
Qualifications
Former supervising or managerial experience in hospitality or hotel settings.
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Experience with human resources or staff management is a plus.
Familiarity with health and safety standards.
Flexibility to work during the summer months from June to September.
