Bakery Support (20%):

  • Step in to support the baking schedule, confidently producing our core range of sweet and savoury bakes to a consistent standard when needed.
  • Ensure strict recipe standardisation and quality control.
  • Menu management and costing to maximise quality and minimise waste.

Hours:

35-45 hours per week.

Shifts are from 8am - 4/5pm, 5 days per week (including most but not all weekends).

What we are looking for from you:

  • Passion for food
  • Knowledge of various ingredients, and dish components
  • Ability to work alone and as a part of a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Desire to learn
  • Have a friendly attitude and excellent customer service
  • 1+ years experience of working with food in a commercial environment preferred
  • Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2.
  • Be fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Be eligible to live and work full time in the UK

In Return We’ll Give You

  • Pay: £12.71 to £14.50 per hour, dependent on experience.
  • Sociable daytime hours (no evenings) in an incredible park setting with free parking.
  • A friendly, fun, and inspiring place to work where your creative input is valued.
  • A chance to join the leadership team at a key moment and grow with the business.

If you were trained at Le Cordon Bleu, that is great but you don't have to be!!

We will provide full training and the opportunity to grow and develop within a fast-growing organisation.
