The Engine House is a small business in Callington. We are professional, agile and professional.

The engine house is looking for a hard working new staff member to work alongside our great team. It's fast paced but rewarding work. We are looking for a full time member with weekend work and all year round hours

Summary

As Front of House Staff, you will be essential in delivering outstanding hospitality and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Reporting to the Front of House Manager, your core responsibilities will include serving customers, managing dining areas, and providing exceptional service. Your premium skills in catering will enhance our events, while relevant experience in food preparation and safety will ensure compliance with health standards. With your background in restaurant operations and barista experience, you will contribute significantly to our team's success in creating memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in serving and hospitality roles
  • Strong catering skills and knowledge of food preparation
  • Previous restaurant experience, enhancing customer service abilities
  • Barista experience preferred, with an understanding of coffee preparation
