Barista and Customer Service Assistant

Monday to Friday, Daytime Hours

We are looking for a skilled Barista to join our prestigious contract catering site, catering for up to 600 customers per day across three busy cafes.

The ideal candidate will come with experience working in busy environments on client sites, with the mentality of ‘We, not I’ and a positive approach to customer satisfaction.

As part of a busy team, it is important that you are friendly, outgoing and respectful of team dynamics.

Barista Position Benefits

Barista role overview

  • Experience with coffee
  • Engaging with and serving our customers and clients.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to Food Safety HACCP controls.
  • Servicing customers at hot food or deli counter
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Punctual, reliable, and a team player
  • Representing TNS to the highest standards and maintaining excellent relationships with our clients.
