Full job description

Our independent and busy coffee shop requires an experienced barista, who’s reliable, and a self starter with good initiative combined with excellent customer service skills.

We are looking for someone to be able to work on a part time / full time basis in varying shift patterns and including some evenings at the weekend when we sometimes have private parties and serve alcohol and tapas.

Experience in working within a busy, independent café / coffee shop is highly desirable, as is some bar experience as we are licensed. But what’s equally important is you as a person. It’s a small team who need to work well together, and do what is needed to keep our customers happy and our high standards of customer service maintained. It gets very busy too so someone who is able to work well under pressure is going to be key.

We are a fun bunch with a very strong and loyal local community of customers. We’re proud of what we do, and want to continue to deliver great tasting food and coffee with a smile on our faces. So if you think this is you then please apply.
