Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements or reservations
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
  • Support food preparation activities as needed to ensure timely service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction
  • Uphold food safety standards by following proper hygiene practices and health regulations

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality environments is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of food safety and allergen training is preferable but training will be given.
  • Barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and customer service
