Our portfolio of Life Cafés are located in parks, forests and community venues across the UK. The Beechenhurst Forest Café serves the visitors of the Forestry England venue, comprising a wide demographic of customers. Our aim is to provide a café environment that compliments and mirrors the excellence of the Forest in all aspects, and ensures visitors have a well-rounded experience. Our food and drink ethos centres around Barista-crafted coffee and freshly prepared dishes with classic flavours and crowd-pleasing concepts – All executed to the highest of standards.

We are looking for part time Baristas to join the Beechenhurst team, with good availability weekends and school holiday periods, when we are busiest.

What will you be doing:

As a Barista / Café Assistant, you will be working amongst a supportive team, carrying out various duties including the following:

• Preparing and serving hot & cold beverages, including specialty coffee. We'll provide specialist Barista training so you are able to craft beverages to the Life Café brand standard.
• Café customer service - Warm & friendly hospitality to all customers, till operation, table service.
• General café upkeep - Clearing tables, making sure the café is clean and hygienic, re-stocking displays
• Other catering & function tasks.

You will be inspired and motivated by our company values and ambitions for the café, while being a supportive team member to help to create an enjoyable place to work and visit.

Working hours vary between 8am up to 6pm.
