Full job description

Please note, the farm shop is based in rural location without public transport routes, own transport essential.

We're seeking: One Full time enthusiastic and motivated individual to work in our new farm shop and cafe:

  • Full time: 5 shifts per week, will include Saturday & Sunday working, 8 hours per shift (40 hours per week).

Front of house responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greeting customers, providing product information, and ensuring a friendly, welcoming experience.
  • Till & Operations: Operating the cash and card machine, managing payments, and processing orders
  • Shop Maintenance: Restocking shelves ensuring high standards of cleanliness throughout the store.
  • Restaurant/Café: Preparing/serving hot and cold drinks, serving food, clearing tables, and maintaining service areas.
  • Product Knowledge: Understanding farm store products and produce to offer recommendations and upselling.
