Position: Front of House and Back of House Staff Supervisor

Location: Wild Mint Cafe, Golden Days Garden Centre, Back Lane, WN6 8RS

Rate of Pay: £13.00

Hours: 40 hours, including weekends (no evenings)

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to our menu specifications.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and exceptional guest experiences.

- Contribute ideas for menu development and special promotions.

- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock supplies. Report low stock levels to management.

- Due diligence responsibility.

- Overseeing team of staff to ensure smooth day to day running in the manager's absence.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Prior experience as a cook and/or supervisor in a customer service role is preferred. On-the-job training will be provided.

- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

- Attributes: Punctual, reliable, and a team player with a positive attitude. Passion for coffee and willingness to learn about different brewing techniques.
