Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Cafe Manager to lead our vibrant cafe team and ensure an exceptional customer experience. As the driving force behind daily operations, you will oversee food preparation, beverage service, and team management with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties

  • Supervise daily cafe operations, including food and beverage preparation, serving, and cleanliness standards
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of baristas, cooks, servers, and support staff to deliver outstanding service
  • Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper food storage to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
  • Oversee food safety protocols and maintain compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards
  • Coordinate kitchen activities such as food production, cooking, bartending, and culinary tasks to ensure timely service
  • Train new team members on operational procedures, customer service excellence, and safety practices
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster a welcoming atmosphere for all guests

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant or cafe management with strong supervisory skills
  • Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, bartending, and culinary arts
  • Demonstrated team management abilities with leadership qualities that motivate staff
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes
  • Experience in hospitality environments such as hotels or restaurants is highly desirable
  • Skills in serving customers efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards
  • Familiarity with kitchen operations including barista experience or bar service is a plus
