Pay Rate: £11.20 - £12.71 per hour

Weekend Role

Responsibilities:

  • Helping in building up the business
  • Producing spectacular espresso based drinks for take away customers
  • Keeping on top of the espresso recipe, dialling in the grinder to ensure the perfect pour.
  • Driving sales of other items
  • Front of house duties including sales and cleaning
  • Maintaining a close eye on hygiene and health and safety standards.

Required skills and attributes

Of course, we will provide training, but we are looking for someone with experience with speciality coffee and supervision.

  • Confident and passionate about what you do
  • Proactive and organized and an excellent communicator
  • Multi task and manage your time well
  • Able to work early mornings and some weekends.

Must be over the age of 18
You must be willing and able to get to Newbury station for 6:00am. Check this before applying. Having your own transport would be preferable. Although we're based on train stations, we often start before the trains! As our main customers are commuters, we have to be open and ready before they are!
