We’re Hiring! Café Supervisor – Fun Street Silverburn

Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, fun environment? Are you passionate about great service and love being part of a friendly team? Fun Street Silverburn is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Café supervisor to join our crew!

About Fun Street:

Fun Street is a unique soft play and entertainment venue designed to bring joy to families and kids of all ages. While the little ones explore, climb, and play, grown-ups can relax in our on-site café – and that’s where you come in!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serving hot and cold drinks, snacks, and light meals to customers
  • Using the coffee machine (barista experience is essential)
  • Handling tills and card payments accurately and confidently
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy, and welcoming café space
  • Following all hygiene and food safety guidelines
  • Providing friendly, helpful service with a smile – even during busy times!

You’re a Great Fit If You have:

  • Proven experience in a café or hospitality supervisory role
  • Exceptional barista skills with the ability to produce high‑quality coffee consistently
  • Strong leadership abilities to support, train, and motivate the café team
  • Confident in managing daily operations, including cash handling and opening/closing duties
  • Ability to maintain high standards of customer service and resolve issues effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring full compliance
  • Skilled in stock control, ordering supplies, and minimising waste
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency
