Full job description

Come join us at Farm and Table! We are based outside Banbury and work closely with our neighbouring farm; Wykham Farm Shop, so we only use fresh, locally sourced produce in all our meals. We are looking for passionate waiting staff to join our team.

We pride ourselves on delivering a great customer experience, therefore great communication skills are essential to this role.

We are looking for Full time Front of House/Waiting Staff to join our team (including weekends and evenings).

The successful candidate will have previous front of house experience; meeting and greeting customers, taking food orders while understanding our menu and explaining our dishes to our customers and great customer service skills. Barista experience is desired, but not essential.

We are a friendly bunch, so looking for staff who are customer-focused, reliable, friendly, and enthusiastic, to join our hard-working and fun team. If this appeals to you, then please apply.
