Join the Team at Nourish – Wilmslow

Barista / Front of House (15-25 hours per week)

Nourish is an established, independent healthy eating fresh food café in the heart of Wilmslow. We’ve proudly been serving our community for over 10 years and continue to grow year after year, attracting loyal regulars and customers from across Cheshire who visit us for our fresh, high-quality food and exceptional coffee.

We are now looking for a warm, confident and energetic team member to join our Front of House team over the course of the summer

About the Role

This is a key customer-facing position where personality matters just as much as skill. We’re looking for someone bubbly, professional and naturally great with people.

Barista experience is essential – you will be making coffees daily and maintaining high standards in both presentation and consistency.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing high-quality coffees and drinks
  • Serving customers with genuine warmth and energy
  • Table service
  • Using our POS till system (including cash handling)
  • Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
  • Maintaining excellent cleanliness standards
  • Creating a positive atmosphere for both customers and colleagues

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous barista / coffee experience (essential)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A positive, outgoing personality
  • Reliability and good timekeeping
  • Someone who enjoys being busy and working as part of a team
  • Pride in cleanliness and organisation

Hours

  • 20–30 hours per week
  • Between 9:00am – 4:30pm
  • We are open 8:30am – 4:00pm, 7 days a week
