Full job description

Cornerstone Coffee is an exciting specialty coffee bar at The Hive, Yorkshire Wildlife Park. We believe in delivering great results and your team and customers will always come first. It’s all about eye for detail and delivering a great experience and work place for everyone.

We require a manager with great personality who is passionate about hospitality to run our shop; Someone who is able to take control of the autonomy given to them, and demonstrate a good all-round approach in running a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment within our beautiful modern Café.

We will look to you to maximise the financial performance of your unit as well as individual team members' training and development. You will need to have excellent presentation and front of house skills, be a strong people person, IT literate with great organisational and hospitality business skills.

Key Skills & Responsibilities;

- Energetic and Infectious personality with ability to make someone’s day

- Have at least 2 year’s proven experience in the coffee shop management

- Have worked closely with a P&L and achieved financial targets.

- Have a passion to set and maintain standards and always deliver above and beyond expectation.

- Have abilities to build, motivate and develop teams, leading from the front.

· Have a good knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP, managing GP%.

- Be organised and hard working, flexible and motivated

- Excellent communication skills

- Understand stock management, cost management.

Requirements:

- Food safety experience

- Experience in food preparation

-Advanced barista skills
