Join Our Team at The Ladybird Restaurant – Front of House All-Rounder (Full-Time)
Located within Laylocks Garden Centre, Worcestershire

We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Front of House All-Rounder to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Serving customers at the till with a smile
  • Making and serving quality hot drinks as a barista
  • Serving locally made ice cream, inhouse homemade cakes
  • Clearing and resetting tables to maintain a clean, welcoming space
  • Restocking and supporting general front-of-house hygiene duties

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Confident, approachable, and customer-focused
  • Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Organised with great attention to detail
  • Clear communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Physically fit – you’ll be on your feet most of the day
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Previous barista or hospitality experience
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Flexibility to help with extra shifts when needed

Working Hours:

- 4 days a week

- With one day off in the week (Wednesdays)

- Alternate weekend working (working one weekend, off the next)
