Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Chef to join our culinary team and elevate the cafe experience. As a key player in our hospitality environment, you will craft exceptional dishes, oversee food production, and ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality.

This position will be based across multiple venues across Droitwich, Alvechurch, Cannock, Colwall and Birmingham.

Duties

  • Lead food preparation and cooking activities, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations
  • Oversee food production processes, maintaining efficiency and consistency across all menu items
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and control waste to optimise kitchen operations
  • Serve as a role model for hospitality excellence by engaging positively with guests and supporting team members in delivering outstanding service

Skills

  • Proven supervising experience in a fast-paced culinary or hospitality environment
  • Extensive food preparation and cooking skills with a strong foundation in culinary techniques
  • Deep knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation practices
  • Excellent kitchen experience, including familiarity with various cooking methods and equipment
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire a cohesive team atmosphere
  • Experience in restaurant settings with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences

Pay: £15.00 per hour
