About Us

We are a well-established, family business. We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Full-Time Assistant to join our front of house team in our coffee shop.

The Role

As a front of house coffee shop Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of the cafe. This is a varied and hands-on role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing professional, friendly, customer service.
  • Barista work
  • Assisting customers with food and drink orders.
  • Maintaining high standards of visual stock & presentation.
  • Operating EPOS/till systems and handling transactions accurately.
  • Supporting kitchen with food and drink orders along with dishwashing.
  • Ensuring the Café remains clean, safe, and well organised

Candidate Requirements

  • catering: 1 year (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends.
  • Physically capable of loading lifting and moving dishes.
