Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of foods, coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair.
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols to ensure a clean, safe environment for staff and customers.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage team schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Ensure timely food preparation and beverage delivery while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Monitor cleanliness and organization of the workspace to create an inviting atmosphere for guests.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a barista with strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage presentation.
  • Prior leadership or managerial experience in a food service setting is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures.
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and inventory purposes.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with customers and collaborate with team members effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
