Full job description

The Rugged Bunch is looking for a Barista to join our team!

We're a small independent coffee shop based between Angel and Old Street, known in the area for our great coffee, amazing cheese toasties, cool music and vibes, plus super-friendly customer service!

As our next Barista you'll be required to work well at the machine, being very familiar with the coffee we use and sell. As well as some basic food prep. Opening and closing the shop, and work closely with management to make sure the day to day procedures are followed at all times.

Although the amount of years in the industry don't necessarily matter to us, what's important is that your Barista skills allow you to work independently at the machine as soon as possible.

We're fairly flexible regarding shifts and holidays.

For this position the starting salary is £ 14.00 per hour. Our staff work on average 38 hrs per week.

AMAZING people skills are necessary.
