We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Supervisor Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while expertly preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the workspace, ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
• Assist with food preparation, including pastries and light snacks.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Experience

• Previous experience in a café or food service environment is preferred but not essential.
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing orders.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• A willingness to help colleagues and contribute positively to the team dynamic.

Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
