Full job description

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced Barista to join our team at Luma Coffee & Wellness, our beautiful boho-inspired café and wellness space in the heart of New Milton.

Luma is more than just a café — it’s a calming, welcoming space where customers come to relax, recharge and enjoy delicious coffee, nourishing food and a warm atmosphere.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who has:

  • Previous barista experience
  • Experience with food preparation
  • A passion for excellent customer service
  • A positive, friendly attitude
  • The ability to work well in a busy team environment
  • Good attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends
