Full job description

Love parks? Then you’ve come to the right place.

We are an independent, local company specialising in setting up and running green space cafes and managing park leisure facilities such as tennis, boating, golf and fishing.

Our philosophy is simple. We believe in offering the same quality services you’d expect to find on the high street, in the park. That means no instant coffee in plastic cups! Always freshly ground espresso coffees, speciality teas, home-made cakes and sandwiches in 100% compostable takeaway packaging - perfect for a grab and go picnic.

We are passionate about using local suppliers and fairly traded products and doing our bit for the environment. The community is forefront of everything we do, and we truly believe in the power of coffee to bring people together. Over the years, we have organised many not-for-profit events in the parks and raised thousands for local charities. We have provided employment for hundreds of people, and continually strive to be the best employer we can be. Our staff are valued, listened to and encouraged to bring forward new ideas so we as a company, stay fresh and current.

We are looking for Team Members to working in our cafes in Pittville park and The Garden Café in Montpellier Gardens, Cheltenham.

Key tasks include:

  • Preparing hot and cold drinks, Serving customers, till operation and basic food prep such as cutting up cakes and heating food.
