Full job description

Barista
Working 2 or 3 days per week (split as every other weekend) we have a wonderful opportunity for an experienced barista to join our growing team.

Fabulous coffee, excellent artisan cakes/bakes, hand made toasted panini and a top rate customer experience are our passions as we strive to deliver a genuinely warm, welcoming experience in our very comfy cafe with a gorgeous south facing garden.

With a deep love of coffee, espresso brewing/latte art and a great hospitality approach we would love you to help share our passion in delivering a wonderful and unique experience.

Overview

  • Prepare and serve our range of espresso based coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
  • Engage with customers offering recommendations and guidance for our coffee's drinks, cakes/pastries etc.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive work environment during both busy and quiet times
  • Maintain stock updates for coffees, milks and other drinks

Experience

  • Previous barista experience is essential while training will be provided to help grow skill levels
  • A confident capability delivering an outstanding hospitality approach ensuring customers have a lovely, genuine experience
  • Always looking to learn and evolve coffee drinks, keeping upto date with best practice

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 20.0 per week
