We are a small, family-run cafe with serving the local community at the centre of everything we do. We want to ensure the locals always have a warm, welcoming place to come and enjoy their breakfast and can be sure they will receive excellent food and a welcoming smile.

Chef

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team in preparing delicious meals in our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering consistently good food and the ability to be part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring high-quality dishes are served

- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards

- Supervise kitchen operations to maintain efficiency and productivity

- Cook and prepare meals to meet customer expectations

- Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a similar role

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to organise in a busy environment.

- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food production, and food safety practices

- Excellent cooking skills with creativity in menu planning and dish presentation

- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
