What You'll Be Doing

Preparing exceptional coffees, karak teas and speciality beverages

Learning our products inside out and confidently recommending them to guests

Delivering warm, natural and memorable customer service

Maintaining a positive atmosphere during busy service periods

Upholding excellent cleanliness and presentation standards

Supporting opening and closing procedures

Assisting with stock management and daily operations

Supporting teammates and leading by example

Creating guest experiences that people remember long after they've left

Essential Requirements

• Previous barista experience (latte art is a plus)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent spoken English
• Right to work in the UK
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent timekeeping and reliability
