Full job description

We are now hiring for a kitchen assistant to join our kitchen team for a part time or full time position.

We are looking for a hard working and enthusiastic assistant who loves food as much as we do. :)

Due to the nature of the business, you'll be required to work on weekends, but weekend off will be available. Also, you'll need to be available to work weekday daytime/evening and you need to be 18 yo or over.

Previous experience is preferred, but in-house training will be provided too. Your role would be to support the kitchen team during service and helping with daily prep and cleaning.

As we are located just outside Bexhill towards Eastbourne, you will either need your own car to get here or should be ok to take a bus.

We are an American style diner, with all homemade food and desserts. We are everyone friendly with weekly Jam Nights and Bike Nights, live music and events throughout the year.
