Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision
  • Engage with customers warmly, taking orders accurately and providing excellent service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food preparation areas and equipment
  • Follow food safety standards diligently to ensure quality and hygiene at all times
  • Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light menu items when needed
  • Manage cash register transactions efficiently, handling basic math calculations accurately
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders by managing time effectively during busy periods

Skills

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a barista, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of food safety procedures to uphold health standards consistently
  • Ability to perform food preparation tasks with attention to detail and cleanliness
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours
  • Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
