Full job description

Needs to be able to work weekdays and weekends

Must love early morning! 5.30/6am starts. weekdays (finishing at by midday) so you still have the rest of the day to enjoy

Must be reliable with a friendly zest for truly great customer service

We are seeking an enthusiastic Barista to join our awesome team. The successful candidate will be involved in making coffee, tea, pastries and other hot and cold beverages, as well as cleaning work surfaces, equipment and utensils. Previous experience is required, with a special focus on attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and an ability to lead by example.

Responsibilities:

  • Make hot drinks for customers.
  • Serve pastries and other food items to customers.
  • Greet customers and engage in friendly conversation.
  • Listen for customer needs and respond appropriately.
  • Follow standardized recipes and instructions.
  • Serve beverages to customers on a timely basis.
  • Maintain cleanliness of store.
  • Adhere to all food hygiene and H&S regulations.
  • Manage the flow of customers

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.80 per hour

Expected hours: 18.0 – 24.0 per week
