Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient part time Barista & Front of House Assistant to join our experienced team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for all our customers.

This role involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages, serving customers at the till, running food and drink and offering outstanding customer service. Previous experience in a similar setting is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks
  • Ensure all food safety standards are adhered to during food preparation and service
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and attentive service
  • Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems with basic maths skills
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and the cafe in accordance with health regulations
  • Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
  • Manage time effectively to serve customers promptly during busy periods
  • Be available to work weekends and holidays

Shifts include 7am-4pm 9am-4pm

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.73 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 27 per week
