Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient service throughout their visit
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists to optimize guest flow
• Take accurate orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen staff, ensuring food safety standards are maintained
• Handle customer enquiries via phone with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining areas
• Support delivery drivers by coordinating pickups and ensuring timely service delivery when required

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or related food industry roles
• Knowledge of food preparation, serving techniques, and food safety protocol
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers and team members
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Familiarity with barista techniques
