Full job description

This very popular and icon luxury cafe/restaurant all day dining concept has been taking the market by storm since the early 90's. It's located only in prime real estate in Westminster and is now seeking passionate and dedicated bartenders/waiters to add to the already successful teams.

Good waiters will be able to create a welcoming atmosphere, providing top class standards of service meeting our guests’ expectations. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
  • Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • Plan and present bar menu
  • Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
  • Provide excellent table service
  • Requirements
  • Resume and proven working experience as a bartender or waiter
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
  • Ability to keep the restaurant under control and clean

The pay is competitive depending on your experience from £13.46 - £15.00 plus tips, service charge, staff food included and other incentives. Around 40 hours per week, no split shifts.
