Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and versatile Barista/All Rounder to join our friendly team. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various operational tasks within our busy café environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee and food service, organised, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

  • Prepare a variety of coffee and tea beverages in accordance with company standards
  • Serve customers promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the till system
  • Assist with food preparation, including light cooking and assembling food items
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter, seating area, and kitchen
  • Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Follow food safety guidelines at all times to uphold hygiene standards
  • Support team members during busy periods by taking on additional responsibilities as required
