Indulgence Patisserie Ltd is a small business in Maidstone town centre close to Maidstone East Station. We specialise in Brunch, Dessert and now in Dinner service creating luxurius athmosphere and menu.

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Barista / Bartender to join our team in creating exceptional drink experiences for our customers. If you have a passion for coffee, milkshakes, smoothies etc and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and speciality drinks

- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

- Maintain cleanliness and sanitisation standards in the bar area

- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders

- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly manner

- Assist in food serving when required

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Barista / Bartender or in a similar role is advantageous

- Proficient in basic maths for handling transactions

- Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively
