SEABIRD is recruiting for FOH Hospitality Professionals to work across our new venue in Margate.

About Us: Seabird Ramsgate is a neighbourhood bar/café serving great coffee, freshly cooked food, craft cocktails and natural wine on the seafront of Old Town Margate.

We're looking for Hospitality Professionals with experience in some or all of the following areas:

  • Modern barista techniques, able to dial in a grinder, extract perfectly balanced espresso and produce elegant steamed milk with latte art.
  • Make and serve modern and classic cocktails to a high standard.
  • Run a section in a busy, casual dining environment, managing turn times and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Talk confidently to guests about wine and food choices.
  • Handle telephone and in person enquiries with a professional and confident manner.
  • Make sure the venue is kept clean and organised at all times.
  • Cash up and complete basic financial reporting.

We're looking for a full-time person but would also be open to applicants looking for part-time work.
Seabird is an all-day, seven day a week operation but the busiest times will be weekends and school holidays, so availability at these times is essential.
We offer a competitive hourly wage topped up with tips and service charge.
