Job Summary

Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair.
  • Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
  • Assist in food preparation tasks to ensure timely delivery of fresh, quality dishes.
  • Maintain food safety standards by adhering to hygiene protocols and proper handling procedures.
  • Manage multiple tables efficiently using effective time management skills to ensure prompt service.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and operate POS systems confidently.
  • Keep the workspace clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies to support smooth operations.

Experience

  • Previous barista experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with food safety practices ensures a safe environment for both staff and guests.
  • Experience in serving or hospitality roles helps build strong guest relations and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic math skills are essential for processing payments and managing orders accurately.
  • Strong time management skills enable you to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service.
