Full job description

Do you love great food, thrive in a busy kitchen, and get a buzz from creating brunch dishes that make someone's day? We're looking for a Junior Brunch Chef to join our talented kitchen team and help deliver the fresh, vibrant, and delicious food that Hot Numbers is known for.

  • A genuine passion for food and hospitality
  • A good understanding of food hygiene, health and safety, and kitchen best practices
  • Someone who is well-organised, efficient, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
  • A team player who can also work confidently on their own initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing consistently high-quality food
  • A positive, friendly, and can-do attitude
  • Reliability, responsibility, and the ability to think on your feet when challenges arise
  • Previous kitchen experience is beneficial, but a willingness to learn and develop is just as important

  • Our kitchen is open 7:00am–3:00pm daily
  • Typical shifts run 6:30am–4:00pm
  • No split shifts
