Job Summary

This is a Full Time position and includes weekend shifts.

We are on the lookout for a passionate and energetic Coffee Shop Supervisor to lead our vibrant team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind delivering top-notch coffee and food experiences, ensuring smooth daily operations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily coffee shop operations, ensuring efficient service and high standards of quality.
  • Supervise and motivate team members
  • Manage basic food preparation
  • Coordinate with the team to maintain cleanliness, food safety standards, and proper food handling procedures.
  • Support the General Manager during shifts
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a satisfying guest experience.
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies; report shortages or issues as they arise.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervising or team management experience in a coffee shop or hospitality setting.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
  • Previous Barista experieince a must
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
  • Effective communication skills to interact confidently with staff and guests alike.
