About Us

CHOCOBERRY is a fast-growing dessert café known for premium desserts, shakes, waffles, crepes, coffees, and exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our Cardiff branch and maintain high operational and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations
  • Lead, train, and motivate front and back of house teams
  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Manage stock control, ordering, and wastage
  • Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Handle staff rotas, attendance, and performance management
  • Monitor sales, labour costs, and store profitability
  • Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed correctly
  • Deal with customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
  • Work closely with senior management to improve store performance

Requirements

  • Previous management experience in hospitality, dessert cafés, restaurants, or fast-paced food environments
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage busy service periods
  • Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety
  • Organised, reliable, and hands-on approach
  • Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
  • Experience with delivery platforms such as Uber Eats and Deliveroo is an advantage
