Cafe Supervisor – Daisy’s in the Park

Pinner Memorial Park£13.75 per hour | 35 hours per week

We’re looking for a Cafe Supervisor to join the team at Daisy’s in the Park.

Daisy’s is a busy café in the middle of Pinner Memorial Park, serving great food, good coffee and plenty of customers throughout the week. We’re part of a small, independent hospitality group, so things move quickly and no two days are quite the same.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys being around people, is confident running a busy service and isn’t afraid to get stuck in.

What you’ll be doing:

● Helping run the café day to day alongside the Cafe Manager

● Leading the team during busy services

● Making sure customers receive friendly, efficient service

● Helping with opening and closing

● Keeping an eye on standards, cleanliness and presentation

● Supporting and training the team

● Helping manage the tills

● Keeping an eye on stock and letting the manager know when things need ordering

● Dealing with the occasional problem when things get busy

● Most importantly, being hands-on and helping the team get the job done

What we’re looking for:

You’ll ideally have some experience in a café, restaurant or similar hospitality environment and have experience supervising a team.

More importantly, we’re looking for someone who is:

● Friendly and approachable

● Reliable and organised

● Confident leading a team

● Comfortable working at a fast pace

● Good with customers

● Happy to get stuck in wherever needed

● Someone who takes pride in what they do

This is a hands-on role, so it’s not about standing in the corner watching everyone else work. We want someone who will lead from the front and be part of the team.

The basics:

£13.75 per hour

35 hours per week

Full-time

Weekend work required
