Job Overview
Dunkeld's is an independent shop, cafe & restaurant in the heart of Dunkeld, known for real, wholesome food- no seed oils, preservatives or chemicals.

We are looking for friendly, reliable people to join our daytime cafe team and also help us grow our evening offering, currently open Thursday, Fridays and Saturdays, looking to increase our nights to Wednesday - Saturdays throughout the summer

Day time opening hours are 9am-5pm, 7 days a week

Evening hours for bookings are 5.45pm-8.30pm, Wednesday to Saturday (Finish time around 10pm)

About the role;

This is a varied and sociable role where you'll be part of both our well - loved day time cafe and our restaurant . Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving customers and providing warm, attentive table service
  • Taking orders, handling payments and preparing drinks
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
  • Helping with set up, clearing tables and closing duties
  • Working closely with a small, supportive team to create a great dining experience
  • Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation when required

About You

  • Friendly, confident and love working with people
  • Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is desirable
  • Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanour
