The Role:Barista Maestro (Team Leader) - 20hrs per week

As a Barista Maestro,you’ll take centre stage — not just crafting quality Costa coffee but inspiring your team and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Crafting consistently great coffee with skill and care
• Delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression
• Leading by example and supporting your team to meet brand standards
• Taking responsibility when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn't present
• Managing stock,supporting with deliveries,and maintaining store hygiene
• Building a team culture where everyone feels supported,confident,and proud
• And of course,having fun while doing it all!

What You’ll Bring

You don’t need previous experience to succeed — just the right attitude and a willingness to learn. We’ll give you all the training and tools you need.
