Overview
We’re looking for a Brunch Chef and baker to lead the kitchen at our Wandsworth café. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with quality ingredients and delivering a consistent, well-executed brunch service.

The role

  • Overall responsibility for the kitchen
  • Prepare and run daily brunch service
  • Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
  • Able to plate dishes and run food to tables during service
  • Manage ordering and stock
  • Cost menu dishes and work closely with suppliers

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a similar high-quality café or restaurant
  • Strong understanding of food hygiene and health & safety
  • Food hygiene certificate
  • Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
  • Calm under pressure with good attention to detail
  • A genuine interest in good food and kitchen operations
  • Available on weekends. Daytime hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
