We’re on the lookout for experienced Baristas to join our Espresso Kart team in Kilmarnock and Prestwick!

Fast-paced, fun, and full of flavour – we’re a family-run coffee business that’s been serving up the best coffee since 2018. You’ll need barista experience, a love for great coffee, and a ‘can-do’ attitude. It’s fast, it’s busy, and we work hard – but the vibe is worth it.

You’ll be making coffee, serving customers, prepping food, and being part of a brilliant, energetic team. If you’re reliable, honest, and quick on your feet – we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks to customers, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and service area.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines during food preparation and service.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours.
  • Engage with customers to provide excellent service and address any inquiries or concerns.

Qualifications

  • Proven barista experience with a strong background in coffee preparation and serving.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
  • Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently.
  • Strong time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
