About the Role

As Head Server, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive. You will support the team, maintain high service standards, and help create a fun and professional atmosphere.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and seating guests while delivering excellent customer service
  • Taking food and drink orders confidently and efficiently
  • Preparing coffees and cocktails to a high standard
  • Supervising and supporting front-of-house staff during service
  • Ensuring the restaurant floor remains clean, organised, and fully prepared
  • Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
  • Handling guest enquiries and resolving issues professionally
  • Processing payments and cash handling accurately
  • Monitoring stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies
  • Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

We are specifically seeking candidates with experience in both floor service and bar work.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment
  • Strong coffee-making and cocktail-making skills
  • Knowledge of drink measures and bar procedures
  • Confidence leading a team and working independently
