Café Manager – Bensons Café

£14 per hour + daily share of tips | 4–5 days per week | 8:30am–5:30pm

Bensons Café is looking for a Café Manager to join our team.

We’re a busy, independent Glasgow café with a big focus on good food, good people and doing things properly. From food made in-house to quality ingredients from local suppliers, we care about what goes on the plate — and just as importantly, we care about the experience our customers have when they walk through the door.

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Café Manager who can help keep the café running smoothly day to day, while leading and supporting our team.

The role

As Café Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the café. You’ll be responsible for making sure the day-to-day operation runs efficiently, the team is supported and our customers receive the friendly, welcoming service Bensons is known for.

Our working hours are between 8:30am and 5:30pm, meaning when your shift is finished, you're finished — no late nights, closing at midnight or heading home in the early hours. You can get home, have your dinner, see your friends and family, or simply enjoy your evening.

4–5 days per week, 8:30am–5:30pm.

We believe hospitality doesn't have to mean giving up your whole life outside work.
