Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and efficiently upon arrival, providing a friendly first impression
  • Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely manner

  • Handle customer enquiries professionally, resolving any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, including specials and dietary options, to assist guests effectively
  • Support barista duties when necessary, preparing coffee and other beverages with precision
  • Uphold health and safety regulations at all times, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and guests

Requirements
