Seasonal Retail & Catering Assistants (Age 16+)
Sundown Adventureland

We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic Seasonal Retail & Catering Assistants to join our team at Sundown Adventureland. This role mainly involves weekend and school holiday work, helping us provide a fantastic day out for our guests across the park’s cafés, shops and ticket kiosks.

The Role:

As part of our Catering & Retail team, you’ll help serve guests and keep our outlets running smoothly. Duties include:

  • Serving food, drinks, gifts and tickets to guests
  • Operating tills and basic computer systems
  • Setting up service counters and restocking fridges/freezers
  • Washing up and supporting kitchen areas
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across cafés, kiosks and shops
  • Working across different outlets around the park
  • Assisting guests with enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
  • Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
  • Completing training when required and reporting any incidents to management

Our outlets can serve up to 3,000 guests daily, increasing during peak season, so teamwork and a positive attitude are essential.

What We’re Looking For

  • Friendly and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
  • Reliable and flexible with working hours
  • Comfortable working in a busy customer-facing environment
  • Good communication, basic numeracy and computer skills
  • A team player who treats colleagues with respect

Previous experience in customer service, catering or retail is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided.
