Full job description

Barista – Full-time (30-40 hours/week) – Catch. Sidcup

Catch is an independent speciality coffee shop and roastery on Sidcup High Street. We’re looking for a barista to join our small, friendly team. :)

The role

  • Making coffee with, including latte art
  • Giving our regulars and new customers great service
  • Preparing food from our menu and keeping the café clean
  • Keeping the bar and café clean, and working opening and closing shifts

About you

  • Barista experience, ideally in speciality coffee, and confident with milk and latte art
  • Basic coffee knowledge. If you’re newer to coffee but have strong hospitality or customer service experience, we’d still love to hear from you
  • Reliable, friendly and a good team player
  • 18+ (we serve alcohol), with the right to work in the UK
  • Able to get to Sidcup (DA14) easily
  • Available during both weekdays and weekends

What we offer

  • £12.71 - £13.71 per hour plus a share of tips
  • 30 - 40 guaranteed hours per week
