Duties

  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
  • Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery to guests
  • Assist in food preparation tasks to support the kitchen team when needed
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness throughout the workspace
  • Provide friendly, attentive service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly
  • Manage cash register transactions with basic math skills for accurate billing
  • Keep the service area tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times
  • Practice effective time management to handle busy periods smoothly

Skills

  • Proven experience as a Barista or Waitress, with knowledge of beverage preparation and serving techniques
  • Strong understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
  • Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
  • Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations
  • Good time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
